Who controls the data
YOUNITED is the controller for personal data processed in connection with this website and business enquiries. Privacy requests may be sent to [email protected]. The registered office is 11 Avenue des Platanes, 94000 Créteil, France.
Data processed through the website
This version of the website provides a static business enquiry form but does not send form data to a website server. The form validates the required fields in your browser and prepares an email draft in your chosen email application. You review and send that message through your own email service; the website does not submit or store the form contents.
The web server may process limited technical log data, including an IP address, request date and time, requested path, response status, referrer and browser user-agent. Logs are used only to deliver and secure the website, diagnose faults and investigate abuse or security incidents.
Purpose and legal basis
Technical logs are processed on the basis of YOUNITED's legitimate interests in operating, maintaining and securing the website. Email correspondence is processed to respond to a request, take requested steps before a possible contract, manage an existing business relationship or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Retention
Standard web access logs are intended to be retained for no longer than 30 days and then deleted or anonymised, unless a specific security incident requires relevant records to be isolated and retained for the time necessary to investigate or establish legal claims. Email correspondence is retained only for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business or legal obligations.
Recipients and service providers
Access is limited to authorised YOUNITED personnel and service providers that require access to operate the website, server, network or email service. Final provider categories and any transfer outside the European Economic Area must be reviewed against the production configuration.
Cookies and tracking
This version of the website does not use audience analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. No cookie consent banner is displayed because the approved scope does not include trackers requiring consent.
The website loads presentation resources from Google Fonts, Font Awesome, Tailwind CSS and AOS content delivery networks. Those providers may receive technical request data such as an IP address, browser information and the requested resource. These resources enhance presentation; the core text, navigation and contact information remain available if they fail.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL).
